Hello,
Do we have access to construct and deconstruct single reinforcement bars?
They seem to also be “surface applied reinforcement” :
The same as the “regular” reinforcement:
But it doesn’t seem to be the same since it doesn’t show up when deconstructing:
ehi @FredrikJannesson
would you mind sending the .struxml or .str?
Hej Marco,
Here is the .str-file
It’s the wall ”Test.3” that has the single reinforcement bar along with 4 ”regualar” surface reinforcements
(attachments)
Test armering.str (453 KB)
I might add that this is still in FEM-23
Hi @FredrikJannesson
We currently do not provide access to the single bar through our API but there is a trick to get some hidden values
The possible approach is using a little bit of coding or you can use the explode component from the BHOM
However, I did open a case so that our development team can work on making it easier to read the properties.
Hi @MarcoPelle,
I understand, no worries, and there’s no rush either.
That BOHM plugin looks very promising; I’ll definitely have to explore it further
