I have defined 4 different load combinations. However, only one appears in my FEM Design analysis. Are there any specific reasons to why this happens?

Can you please share a minimal file which will help us in reproducing the issue?
Otherwise, can you check inside the folder FEM-Design API and look for the log.log file and see if there are any errors?

In my experience I have found that a combination would be missing if a load case is missing.
Therefore, have you checked if all your load cases used for the load combinations are in the model?
