Any suggesgions on how to resolve this error message from the “Plate” component:
Solution exception:Brep surface is not planar. This problem might occur due to tolerance error - if your model space is in millimeters try to change to meters.
I run in meters. The object concerned is an Untrimmed Surface originally generated with Sweep1.
The reason for the error is that you are trying to use a non-planar surface. The picture shows a curved surface, but in FEM-Design only planar surfaces can be added to the model. If you are modelling a non-planar slab, try dividing the surface into smaller segments.
